Why is Sundance so special? This event is designed to identify and train future leaders of Take Shape for Life. Sundance is a beautiful rustic award winning resort in the mountains of Utah and is the birthplace of Team Global. This annual leadership retreat has been the pivotal turning point for many Take Shape for Life leaders who are now Team Global Members. Much of the information covered at Sundance is exclusive to this event.

Who is eligible to attend? Because the facilities at Sundance are limited, we will not be able to accommodate all coaches who would like to attend. Therefore, we are granting early admission based on qualification according to a staggered schedule.

Staggered Invitations for the Event - We are giving the highest ranking Executive Directors (Team Global) first priority. Next we will invite the Nationals and Up, and last, we will open the event up for EDs who qualify by structure (July, August, September).

Here is the schedule for registering for the event by rank:

1. August 1 - 10: Team Global
2. August 10 - 17: Nationals and Up
3. After August 18 and until the event is sold out - EDs currently qualified with structure and Up

*Note: all attendees must have “structure”. Nationals or Regionals without structure will not qualify. This year we will be cross-checking all attendees to make sure they are qualified to attend. If you are not qualified you will not be allowed to come to this training.

The Registration Process:

You will fill out the attached form and mail it back with a check made out to Trilogy Network Training (not Take Shape for Life) to the address provided. You must answer every question on the reservation form. We will only accept your reservation if it is completely filled out properly and postmarked on or after the day you are eligible to resister for the event, not before!

Once we receive your registration and check for the event, you will receive a confirmation email. At this time, and only at this time, you can then make your reservations at the Sundance Resort.

Please do not attempt to make accommodations at the Sundance Resort until AFTER you receive a confirmation and acceptance email from TNT.
